Engineer Luis D. Labaton holds a Masters Degree in Structural and Civil engineering design from University of Buenos Aires. The firm started its activity in 1976, when Luis Labaton joined the office of Eng. Sircovich.The partnership firm “Sircovich-Labaton Civil Engineering” operated until 2001, when Oscar Sircovich retired. In 1987 Neta Maaravi, joined the firm and later she became a partner. "Luis Labaton & partners" are active both nationally and internationally. The office following the clients timetable, supplies structural plans, quantity bills and cost assessments. The office also performs site inspections as required by good practice rules at all construction stages.
The partners are members of:
ISE - The Institute of Structural Engineering, USA.
ASCE - The American Society of Civil Engineering.
The Israeli Engineers Association.
For its routine works of design the office uses state of the art static calculations and CAD programs , such as "Atir" "Etabs","Revit", "Autocad", "SAP", "COBOS" , as well as "Dekel", "RAMDOR" for quantity bills and cost estimations.
The firm staff includes engineers and senior technical staff which implement the design, on-site inspections, and follow up of the different projects the office is involved in, from intial planning to final certification. The firm performs structural design of: Concrete structures, Steel structures, Pre-stressed concrete structures, Prefabricated structures, Etc.
Patent #189522 has been Awarded to Labaton and Partners for the "Double Pipeline" Solution to the Red Sea Dead Sea Canal.
